Fungal yeast pancakes
Do you like cakes with pickled mushrooms? I am very. But there is one but I sometimes lazily lazily mess with the test. And then I make these pancakes, quick, tasty and the aroma of the mushroom just uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka

    500 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable caviar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the flour, dry yeast "SAF-MOMENT", fermented baked milk, sugar and leave in a warm for 20 minutes.

While the dough is standing, make mushroom spawn. This salt wash the mushrooms ( if very salty soak it in advance ) and punch a blender finely. Cut onion finely and fry until tender in oil. Put the mushroom mass and fry for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add to the dough eggs, vegetable oil and fungal mass. Mix well and put on 20 min in the heat to lift.

Then take the dough with a spoon and fry small pancakes on a hot pan, each time lubricating it with vegetable oil.

Serve with butter or sour cream, milk or hot tea.
