Corn pancakes with mango sauce
Tasty thin corn pancakes with yeast in the feed rolls, with a bright mango sauce!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Corn flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    3 tsp

Cooking

First, prepare the sauce to be cooled; mango Pulp chopped finely with a knife, leaving small pieces;

Put the pulp into a container, add the lime juice;

Add the honey and vanilla - stir well, put in a jar and put into the refrigerator;

In warm milk to mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast, put in a warm place for 40 minutes; beat Eggs with sugar until foamy;
