Pies with cabbage
Pies with cabbage in our family favorite. Delicious recipe by which you get a great cakes to the delight of the home.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Pour in a Cup of warm water, add yeast and sugar. Leave for 15 minutes so that the yeast has septiles.

Melt the butter in the microwave. Take 2-3 tbsp oil in melted form.

In a Cup add incomplete teaspoon of salt, stir and add 3 cups of flour (no slides). Flour to measure the same Cup that measured out the water (only dry). Stir a little and pour the oil.

The dough need to knead. Enough to have no dry areas. Cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes at room temperature.

After 40 minutes, knead the dough well on the table, back into the Cup, again cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. During this time, prepare the filling.

For the filling cabbage finely chopped. Folded into a saucepan or frying pan, add oil, salt, pour in the water. Simmer the cabbage on low heat stirring occasionally until evaporation of water.

Divide the dough into 2 parts.

From each part roll into a sausage and cut into 8 equal pieces.

Roll out each piece of dough (the table in front of it, lightly grease with vegetable oil), spread some of the filling to form a round or oblong cake.

In the same way to form all of the patties. Spread on a greased or with baking sheet.

Culinary scissors to make cuts on the pies, forming "ears". Cover cakes with a towel or foil and leave for 25 minutes.

The oven heated to 200 degrees. Egg mixed with the same amount of cold water, to coat the patties after "proofing".
