Mini tarts with chicken and cheese
Portion of the mini-tarts is a great idea - the hot new year's eve. Try my version with smoked chicken, cheese TM "Belebey", zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and red onion! Quick, tasty, hearty and festive!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cheese

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Red onion

Cooking

Chilled butter rubbed with flour until crumbs.

In the resulting mass add the ice water (if needed), egg and a pinch of salt, knead the dough. Roll it into a ball and put into the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Zucchini and onions cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Sun-dried tomatoes minced, chicken, cut into small pieces. Prepared foods add to the zucchini and onions, season with salt and pepper, season with herbs, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
