Quick, delicious and flavorful cupcake with the taste of coconut.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Sour cream

    110 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

Egg whisk with sugar.

Add sour cream.

Add flour, coconut (reserve a bit for topping), baking soda. Knead the dough.

Pour the dough into the baking dish, greased. On top sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes.

The finished cake cools.
