A Sunny morning, outside the window the sea roars, the house smells of freshly baked baguette... As I want to please a loved one something special, gentle as the feelings that we have carried through the years of marriage. Unchanged our love remains the love of all things Mediterranean, including French cuisine. Cheese and France are inseparable. Today my dearest man, I was preparing a cheese soufflé in the best French traditions.

Cooking
All of the ingredients on the table. Put the oven to warm up up to 180 degrees. Onions clear and we shall cut small cubes.
In a pan melt the butter and fry the onion for 2 minutes over medium heat until slightly Golden brown. Do not forget to stir. Remove from the fire.
Cheese grate on a small grater or run in a food processor.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
To the yolks add the cream and mix up.
Add flour and again mix up.
Add cheese and onions and peppers
Proteins will beat into a soft mousse with a pinch of salt until peaks and gently smeshaem to the yolk-cheese mixture.
Place the soufflé in the molds and put in the oven for 10 minutes before Browning.
Our souffle is ready! The aroma and taste will impress your loved ones!
