Rice casserole with carrots
The casserole I cooked based on one of the recipe found on the Internet. It was called "baked cottage Cheese pudding with carrots - 100 grams 77 calories". But, as often happens, we prepare from there, adapting those recipes for themselves. And in front of me still had a task to dispose of the boiled rice left over from previous cooking. And so was born the Rice casserole!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

  • Jam

Cooking

Cook a Cup of rice. Carrot peel and grate on a fine grater.

Beat the eggs, slowly adding the syrup from the pineapple

Mix boiled rice and carrots.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Put the mass in the form and add beaten eggs.

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees until Golden brown.

You can serve it for Breakfast with sour cream and jam. Goes well with a Cup of coffee.
