Pork tenderloin in foil on the coals
Pork tenderloin is very easy to prepare. It just does not retain moisture, and it will be very tasty. Baked in a marinade in foil on the coals, cutting is just gorgeous. The recipe is simple to make a mistake or screw something up here is difficult.

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

1. Finely chop the garlic, mix with mustard and soy sauce.

2. Lubricate the resulting mixture of pork, laid out on a large piece of double foil, and pepper to taste. Foil should be well oiled.

3. Foil roll and bake the pork for 35-40 minutes. If you are cooking meat in the oven, preheat it to 180 C and cook it for about 45-50 minutes.
