Zrazy potato stuffed with red beans and ground beef.

Minced Turkey

0.5 cup

Basil

Olive oil

Cooking
Mince the boiled beans.
Mix beans with minced meat, add salt and Basil to taste.
Boiled potatoes mash and add the butter.
Add the egg. Stir.
If the mass turns out watery, add semolina, as needed.
From potato pulp to make cakes, put on it a little stuffing and wrap the stuffing into the potato mixture.
Zrazy roll in flour and fry until Golden brown in olive oil. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
