Fish patties in flaky dough

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Lemon

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Bread crumbs

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    5 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

Fish cut into large pieces and boil 5 minutes in boiling water with juice of one lemon. Drain and cool slightly.

Boiled potatoes to mash, but not as a puree.

Mash the fish with a fork, add the pounded potatoes, chopped leaves, yogurt, salt, paprika and zest of half a lemon. Carefully knead the meat.

To prepare the breading. One flat plate evenly pour the flour. Finely chop nuts in a blender and mix with the breadcrumbs and black pepper, put the next plate. In a large bowl beat the eggs until smooth.

Each Patty first roll in flour, then dip in egg mixture and roll in nut-bread breading. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
