Pie with cabbage, spinach and tuna
I congratulate You on palm Sunday or Entry into Jerusalem! Six weeks of lent behind us, and ahead of us is a strict Holy week and now is the time to eat fish. Before You is a delicious vegetable pie with cabbage, spinach and tuna. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Brine

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mint syrup

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For the dough, mix pickle, sugar and vegetable oil.

Pour the flour with the baking powder.

Knead the dough, put into the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Meantime, prepare the filling. Cabbage, slice or chop, place into a heated pan, pour in some water. Simmer for 7-10 minutes. Pour vegetable oil, stir, prisolit, simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Add the spinach (I had frozen), simmer for 3-5 minutes, stir, remove from heat.

Add chopped tuna, salt, pepper, spices for fish, mix well.

Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts, a large part of the roll out, put in a baking dish (24 cm), add toppings.

Roll out second portion of dough (leave a little for garnish), cover pie, seal edges, pierce with a fork in several places. Of the remaining dough to cut out the figures, decorate a cake ("glued" with water). Grease pie mint syrup.

Bake the pie at 200*C for 35-40 minutes until it will turn brown.
