I come to you with another delicious honey cake with nuts, apples and pears. The structure of the cake is slightly moist, with pieces of apples and pears which give richness. We recommend you to prepare in the Post (and not only ), this stunning cake is cooked very simply and quickly.

Cooking
In a saucepan pour water, add brown sugar (you can substitute white), add honey, vegetable oil "Oleyna", put on fire and heat without boiling until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to warm.
Liquid honey-oil mixture add the chopped walnuts and liqueur.
Pour the sifted wheat and whole wheat (you can substitute wheat) flour, baking powder and mix well. The batter should be like thick cream.
Add the peeled and chopped cube the apples and pears. You can use only apples or only pears. Mix well.
Put the mass into the cake pan lined with parchment and bake at 180 gr 45-60 min to dry splinter.
The finished cake to take out and completely cool. Enjoy your tea!!
