Makaronada
Yesterday was Clean Monday-the day on which Orthodox position. In Greece this day is widely celebrated! On the tables all sorts of vegetable dishes, a loooot of seafood, pickles, halva. Eat, sing, dance, and then run kites. Today I want to offer you makaronada with seafood. To say that it is delicious? It means nothing to say!!! This is a must try!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    250 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Capers

    2 tsp

  • Parsley

    4 piece

  • Shrimp

    10 piece

  • Crab

    1 piece

  • Alcohol

    0.25 cup

  • Olive oil

    1 cup

Cooking

In boiling water pour in the olive oil, tomato juice and paste, salt and sugar.
