Cooking
Our ingredients are. Sorry, I forgot the cabbage ( ( Also you can see that the photo is not the red hot pepper, tomato paste, vinegar and sugar, instead there is a pepper paste kokudan. Next in the recipe, I will explain why.

Add the soy sauce. I have sweet soy sauce, if you have a regular, add 1 tsp of sugar
Attention! I use kokudan pepper paste - 1 tbsp with a slide. If you do not, mix tomato paste, red hot pepper, vinegar and sugar in a specified proportion and add to the dish.
Mix thoroughly and cook on medium heat until the vegetables are almost ready
Simmer 3 minutes until cooked squid, then set aside off the heat and allow to infuse for 5 minutes
