The sauce from the meat and eggplant
This simple and delicious sauce will go perfectly with any meal.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Marjoram

  • Basil

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Garlic and 1 onion slice and spasserovat on vegetable oil.

Slice bell pepper and add it to the onions.

To the sauteed vegetables add the tomatoes in own juice, stir and stew a few moments. Remove from the heat.

Eggplant peel and cut into small cubes. Spasserovat chopped onion.

Add to the onions minced meat, sliced eggplant and fry all together.

To connect fried beef with eggplant with tomato sauce, add tomato paste, sour cream, spices and herbs. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
