Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. We will need only to whites.
Put it on the stove the milk and add the sugar. Mix up.
While the milk is boiling, make proteins:
Whisk the whites on high speed with a mixer, gradually adding salt, sugar and vanilla.
Proteins whisk in cool foam.
and gently stir a tablespoon.
