I want to draw attention to the pancakes - they are tender and crispy, unbreakable and durable at the same time, these tasty... I baked them three days in a row, while home ate. As I have said. I'm just crazy about these lush and very soft thick pancakes. They are similar to American pancakes. What is beautiful in them, besides taste, is the fact that made these pancakes without flour, only two types of cereals — semolina and oat. Mix cereals in a bowl and fill it with yogurt. Stir, cover and leave to swell. In the original recipe for the night. I left at night and 2 hours - the result is the same.
