Cooking

step-0
To prepare this pie, I used oat flakes "Extra" TM "Mistral".
step-1
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add oat flakes"Extra" TM "Mistral", cane sugar TM "Mistral" and mix well.
step-2
Melt butter and mix with the beaten eggs.
step-3
The egg-oil mixture to pour in flour and knead the dough.
step-4
Prepare a baking dish (size 20x35). Form to lay a parchment. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One portion of the dough to distribute evenly on the parchment form and put into the freezer.
step-5
The second part of the test roll in a plastic bag and together with the Board (where you rolled the dough) too, remove in the freezer.
step-6
Meanwhile while the dough is in the fridge, let's do apples. Apples cleaned and cut into 4 pieces and then into thin slices. Then the form with the dough out of the freezer and spread on the dough sliced apples in rows, so that each following slightly overlaps the previous.
step-7
To get the second half of the dough out of the freezer and remove the cellophane from one side and cover with the dough the apples, remove the remaining plastic wrap from dough. Press the dough so that it densely covered with apples.
step-8
To send the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. The finished cake to cool in the form for 10-15 minutes, then cut into squares and completely cool. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
step-9
Bon appetit!
