Pilaf of chicken with vegetables
Bright and very delicious pilaf.

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Garam masala

    0.25 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of long grain rice Indica TM Mistral. It should be washed until clean water.

Chicken breast washed and cut into small pieces.

Onions, carrots, garlic, bell and red hot pepper slice.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Heat the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add sugar and wait 30 seconds. Put the chicken breast and fry for 2 minutes.

Alternately, fry the meat together with the vegetables, first garlic, then onion, carrot and pepper.

Add the tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the rinsed rice over the meat, pour the boiling broth. Salt, add spices and stir. Simmer for 1 minute and cover with lid. Reduce the heat, it should be the smallest which can be done.

Cook for 20 minutes, then add green peas, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
