Rice with vegetables and pineapple
Delicious, juicy, fragrant rice. We liked it, but for the wife it was a side dish, but for me a full-fledged separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Bacon

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Corn

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    3 piece

  • Coconut milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oil corn

    1 Tbsp

1. Onions, carrots and bacon cut into small dice.

2. Cucumber and pineapple cut into dice, with corn drain the fluid. In a pan, fry the bacon, then add onions and carrots. If you need to add more corn oil. Fry a minute then add the corn and cucumber, fry for another minute.

3. Then add the rice, stir and cook for another minute, stirring occasionally.

4. Then add the pineapple, stir, add salt. pepper. Put the mixture in a baking dish, pour coconut milk.

5. Preheat the oven to 180C. Form cover with foil and bake until the rice is tender. The form then remove from oven, let stand for 10 minutes.
