Zucchini fritters Cherkizovsky
The highlight of these muffins is filling - sausage "Creamy Cherkizovsky". Their original flavor will appreciate both adults and children!

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Eggs to wash and handle, whisk with salt, pepper and finely chopped greens and garlic.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, mix with the eggs and flour.
