Julienne with chicken and mushrooms
Was preparing for my daughter's Birthday - just in case, in addition to the main meat dishes. Thought will remain - ate all the "Bang".

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chop the onion in small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Cut washed mushrooms (fresh) in small slices, add to pan, sauté 5 minutes.

Cut pre-cooked chicken breast. To fillet was not too dry after cooking it is recommended to leave it for a while in the broth.

Add the chicken to the pan, stir and fry for 5 minutes. Then lower the flame, add sour cream, stir and leave to simmer for 3 minutes.

Julien lay on the cocotte.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in heated (180-200 degrees) oven for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with the herbs. Julien is ready :-)
