Cooking
Chicken wash and wipe.
Mix all ingredients for sauce.
Coat the chicken thoroughly from all sides with mustard-soy sauce and refrigerate not less than an hour. I had pickled in the morning and stood until the evening. In the end, the meat was soaked in a fragrant sauce to the bone.
After marinating chicken to put in the package for baking (in foil) and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes. Then cut the pack and put another 15-20 minutes for Browning.
