Oat burgers
Here are the recipe is unusual cutlets, prepared from oats with the addition of raw onions and potatoes. The burgers are quite hearty and can be used as a main dish or served as a side dish. Oat patties are completely meatless and are therefore perfectly suited for vegetarian diet, including during Lent.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Soak oat flakes in 100 milliliters of hot boiled water for 30-40 minutes.

When flakes swell, add to it grated on a coarse grater onion.

Potato peel, RUB on a small grater and add to the cereal and onions. There add pressed garlic.

Mash well the mixture with a potato masher for mashed potatoes or chop in a food processor. Salt and pepper the mixture to taste.

Mold patties and roll them in breadcrumbs.

Heat in a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the cutlets and fry on both sides in high heat until Golden brown. Brought to readiness on small fire under the hood.
