Cherry cupcake with honey
Recipe from Irina fadeaway. Published Elena Chocolate, which added the cream and almond petals, very well ottenuta the taste of the cake. I thank them both for the interesting, unusual cupcake with an unusual taste, a bit like gingerbread.

Ingredients

  • Bird cherry flour

    60 g

  • Milk

    120 g

  • Honey

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    190 g

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

    125 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Extract

    1 tsp

  • Petals

    1 handful

To prepare the products. Quite a lot of them, so it's best to have everything at hand in order to avoid unnecessary hassles. To turn on the oven to 180*C. the Form for the cake grease and lightly flour.

Bird cherry flour pour the hot milk and stir well. Leave to cool to 40*C (try it with your finger - should not be hot).

Add honey, salt and sugar.

Beat the egg and stir well.

Add the flour, sifted with baking powder. Stir with a spoon.

Add chopped into small pieces chocolate. Stir well.

Pour the batter into the form and bake at 180*C for 45-50 minutes until the samples on dry splinter.

The finished cake to cool in the form.

To prepare the cream. Cream cheese room temperature and whip cream with powdered sugar, add vanilla extract or any other vanilla flavoring.

Decorate the cupcake with cream, sprinkle with almond petals.
