Cooking
The second variant of the curds – is cottage cheese. The name of this cheese speaks for itself. It consists of large curd grains and often comes with a slightly salty cream.
Let's get to cooking. Beat eggs with sugar and pinch of vanilla using a mixer.
Add to the egg mixture cheese. The cream can be drained, and unable to leave, they will not ruin the taste of the finished dish. All the so-called "dough" ready.
For this casserole is better to choose a flat shape. The diameter of my form - 26 see Grease the form of butter and pour into it the cheese-egg mixture.
Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
The finished casserole should be lightly browned on the sides and top. To serve this pudding is best warm.
