Chicken thighs with buckwheat
Very simple and tasty dish with minimum ingredients! Originality is not claimed, but hopefully will be useful to someone!

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Buckwheat

    400 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Spices

Preparing the necessary food, defrosts the chicken.

RUB the thighs with the spices.

Buckwheat pour 1 liter of boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180C.

Grind the garlic.

Put the buckwheat with water in a deep pan (I was not very good), sprinkle with garlic salt. Gently, buckwheat hot.

On top lay a chicken on it - a piece of butter.

Cover with foil and put into oven preheated to 180C, for 1 hour.

15-20 mins to the end carefully remove the foil, add heat to 200C to brown the chicken.
