Cooking
Chickpeas soak overnight. I took the chickpeas TM "Mistral".
Then boil according to the instructions on the package.
2 large potatoes, well washed, cut lengthwise and scrape out the core (not to be discarded, finely chopped).
Grease melted butter, put the sprig of thyme and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until soft (I did 20 minutes), covered with foil.
Onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and sweet pepper cut into.
Fry the onions with the chopped core of the potatoes.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, pepper and sliced bacon. Fry everything together.
Mix the fried mixture with the chickpeas.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
2/3 of the cheese mixed with the stuffing and mix well.
Stuff the potato halves with the mixture and send to the oven for another 20 minutes. If necessary, cover with foil.
Then get it and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Send in the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
Served to the table! It is very tasty! Bon appetit!
For the recipe a huge thanks to Elena Moskalenko.
