Crab souffle
I offer crab soufflé with custard dough. Air recipe that is simple to prepare, a pleasure to serve and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Crab sticks

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Chili

    5 g

  • Bread crumbs

    10 g

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, molds for souffle, sprinkle the breading mixture or breadcrumbs.

Coarsely chop the crab sticks A'more, they should feel soufflé. Finely chop the chilli, it will give the dish the necessary sharpness and poignancy.

Connect 2 eggs, crab sticks, chili pepper. I added Italian herbs mix (Basil, thyme, and rosemary).

This souffle we use choux pastry in a saucepan pour the milk, add the flour and butter. Heat until mixture boils, do not forget to constantly stir it.

Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat, add grated Parmesan and stir everything.

You get a not too thick batter as for pancakes.

Whisk the whites until stable peaks and connect the dough, crabmeat blend and protein very carefully and stays out of the air.

Lay the dough in the mold and 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

Souffle is ready, remove from the oven, let it stand for a while to avoid burning yourself and serve! With coffee or tea for Breakfast, white wine for lunch or dinner!
