Crispy eggplant with a surprise inside
The eggplant was very delicious, crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Dutch cheese

  • Chicken egg

Boil the rice (I had pre-otvoren) add sliced green onions and dill.
