Gingerbread
Surprisingly tasty, airy and slightly spicy gingerbread, one of the main component of which is green peas. Plus dried fruits, nuts and spices. Useful cakes for both adults and for children who do not like and do not eat peas, here it is not felt to taste

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Water

    250 ml

Cooking

Washed pea OREGON green split TM"Mistral" cook until done in 250 ml of water (35 minutes)

While cooking the peas, take the dried fruit, pre-soaked and dried, cut them in small pieces. Nuts are chopped finely. Add in flour mixed with baking powder, salt and spices. Mix

Ready peas along with the liquid in which it is cooked, pour it into a bowl, add milk and grind using a blender until smooth

In another bowl, beat with a mixer the egg, sugar and vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes

In the flour mixture and dried fruit to spread the egg-butter-sugar mixture and stir

Add to the resulting mixture is pea-milk mixture and quickly stir with a spoon until smooth

The obtained dough in a baking dish ( I have a diameter of 23 cm), previously greased. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry matches

Gingerbread ready to get out of shape and cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces
