Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Sunflower oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Again made from a fast test, only water was replaced by milk

Mix the flour with yeast TM "SAF-Time". In warm water add sugar, salt, oil, add flour. Knead the dough (that does not stick to hands)and allow to stand for about half an hour. After - obtinem and it is ready for baking

Divide the dough into two parts

One split into 8 parts

The second roll out and cut from it a circle (I cut around the circumference of the plates)

The circle spread in the form lined with baking paper

I had two kind of raisins, I decided to alternate the bunnies

On the circle we post the bunnies

Make notches in the center, as shown in the photo

Wrap from the centre towards the koloboks pieces of dough, as rendered in the photo

You can make a dent. and put to bake in preheated oven (180gr)-for 20 min

The cake is ready! ate! with milk, very tasty!
