Cooking
Flax seed grind in a coffee grinder and pour 2 tablespoons hot water
Add honey (or sugar) and vegetable oil. Stir with a whisk

Gradually add flour and mix well. The dough should be the consistency of thick cream
Sprinkle with optional seeds and sesame seeds
Bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes
