Cooking
Meat marinated with soya sauce Blue Dragon, finely chopped chilli and onion. You can marinate the meat in one piece a few hours, I put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Or just cut into thin strips, add the Chile, onion and soy sauce, mix well. And while we are engaged in the work, the meat is marinated.
For crispy baskets we will need paper for spring rolls Blue Dragon and silicone molds. Rice paper cut two squares, fold the "star". Gently with a wet palm to wet the center of the basket to the paper was plastic. Edge trying to keep dry.
In the mold artistically stacked paper, forming a basket, on top of fixing the second mold. Put in preheated oven (180 degrees) for approximately 5 minutes. Slightly cooled and carefully extracted from the forms.
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin and cut into small cubes.
Mushrooms cut arbitrarily.
Pepper cut into small cubes.
Quickly fry in vegetable oil meat.
Add the mushrooms. Cook another 2 minutes.
Then pepper and tomatoes. Cook, stirring, until the liquid is slightly evaporated. Add salt, if needed.
And the final chord of the added "Tomato sauce with sweet chili" and fresh Basil. The amount of the sauce, adjust according to your taste. Keep on heat for another minute.
Decorate with cherry halves.
Honestly, I have not tested these baskets on the "transportability" for a picnic. So I'll show just in case the traditional version, which for sure will easily survive the trip. Sheet rice paper dipped in water for a few seconds, shake off the water. The sheet, place on a towel or directly on the table (I prefer that). On the edge to put small amount of filling...
... and wrap just like you do with pancakes.
Quickly fry in olive oil on all sides.
Serve with sauce and cherry tomatoes.
