Fish in grape leaves grilled
This is the Bulgarian version of the fish on the grill. I didn't think it would be so delicious! Give for your consideration and appreciation!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Leaf vine

    8 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    8 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Products we little. There's no more grape leaves because they were thwarted on the way to a picnic.

Here we take such a beautiful fish fillet pangasius or any other.

Cut fillet into 4 pieces. Fish salt and pepper or just sprinkle with seasoning for fish. And add lemon juice. Let the fish stand.

Grape leaves wash and pour over boiling water. Let stand in boiling water 3-5 minutes, drain the Water, and you can start wrapping.

On the sheet put a piece of fish and wrap well to avoid holes. If the leaves are small, then you need to put 2 sheets.

Here's a "fish dolma" we did it.

Now fish roulade wrapped in bacon. If you have bacon short, it is better 2 bacon take.

Put all the rolls on the grill

And go to fry!

Here are rosy rolls we got. As the fish cooks very quickly, and the pieces we have are small, they roasted for about 15 minutes.
