I live in the far East, so everything related to seafood - my favorite subject. And, of course, crepes stuffed with seafood - one of my favorites. A lot of options, I suggest one of them. These pancakes will certainly appeal to your guests and a home, they can also take on a picnic. Prepared very quickly, if there is a ready-made pancakes.

Cooking
For making take ready-made pancakes are cooked to your favourite recipe (not sweet).

Onions and garlic cut into small cubes and fry a few minutes in sunflower oil.
Pour the cream and stirring constantly bring to a boil.
Put marinated seafood along with soy sauce, I don't add salt.
Simmer the seafood about 7-8 minutes until thick cream with continuous stirring.
Take a pancake, put the filling (seafood) on the fourth part of the pancake. Cover with the second half, turning a corner, a bag. In principle, they can be stuffed in any convenient way.
These pancakes are delicious both cold and warm, before serving, reheat in a microwave oven, optionally sprinkle with herbs, I dill. Bon appetit!
