Pancakes stuffed with meat
This recipe is borrowed from the cafe "Luna" when I lived in Sochi

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Soda

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Water

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

Prepare the dough for pancakes. break 2 eggs and whisk well, add salt, sugar, milk and a pinch of baking soda, mix thoroughly. Add flour and mix everything thoroughly to avoid lumps (the dough should get a little thicker than for pancakes)

Added to the dough warm the water to the desired consistency and a few drops of oil at the end.

Bake pancakes.

Prepare the filling. fry the meat ( the breast) followed by the addition of a mushroom and white onion (who loves). Add a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool

Begin to stuff the pancakes

Collect in a bag and tying Chechil cheese

Spread on a form and for 5 minutes in well-heated oven on 180 degrees. I'm still on top put butter. that was not dry
