Pancake kórnik
I want to offer you kórnik, which is made from pancakes, fish and quinoa. Kórnik has turned soft, hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Quinoa

    0.6 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fish fillets

    0.5 kg

  • Cheese sausage

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Prepare the filling: boil the quinoa according to instructions.

Small pieces cut the fish, mix with finely chopped greens and onions.

Add fish seasoning, salt and fry in vegetable oil.

Mix all ingredients for pancakes

and bake for 11 pieces.

Take a circular form, lubricated with oil on the bottom put 1 pancake. Then 5 pancakes spread in the form of the flower so that the petals hanging down.

Put on the bottom and fish close 1 pancake.

The next layer is quinoa + 1 tsp of ghee and close 1 pancake.

The last layer - boiled eggs + 1 tsp ghee. The eggs can be spread sliced or finely chop.

Cover eggs with 1 pancake, grease with melted butter.

Close the petals around the edges lubricated with sour cream and put the last pancake.

Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and put pancake kórnik in the oven for 20-30 minutes at t 180 degrees. When the cheese is completely melted, kórnik ready!

Take out the kórnik out of shape (I covered it with a plate and rolled the cheese crust at the bottom) and serve. Cut kórnik, better by hot knife, the slices will be smooth. Bon appetit!
