Description
Moderately sweet, light dessert that is different, thanks to the buckwheat the presence of a large number of antioxidants, iron and other trace elements, is a good source of vegetable protein and easily absorbed. Cooking
Prepare the necessary tools and ingredients.
Slightly roast the buckwheat on a dry pan and boil it in salted water as usual-50 g buckwheat 100 g of water.
Porirua cooled cooked cereal with coconut milk, banana, optionally adding honey.
Place in bowl and remove to cool. Will serve, garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries.
