Buckwheat-coconut dessert with raspberries
Moderately sweet, light dessert that is different, thanks to the buckwheat the presence of a large number of antioxidants, iron and other trace elements, is a good source of vegetable protein and easily absorbed.   • Buckwheat

  • Honey

  • Chocolate chips

Prepare the necessary tools and ingredients.

Slightly roast the buckwheat on a dry pan and boil it in salted water as usual-50 g buckwheat 100 g of water.
