Cheese-millet biscuits with thyme
Cheese - millet cookies are very easy to prepare, and even easier it is eaten, especially with a Cup of morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 coup

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sour cream and salt.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and mix it with the butter - sour cream mass.

Then add the millet flakes. (if you want a more crisp cookie, adding whole millet flakes, but if you want softer, then the flakes should be ground in a blender). Mix well.

Sift the flour.

Add the thyme leaves.

Knead the dough.

Baking tray lay baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. From dough to form balls the size slightly less walnut nuts and pour into pan. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees to small it will turn brown.
