This cake (a friend said he was even more like a dessert) is transferred in our family from generation to generation. Very original recipe, is not usual in our understanding of the cakes that, in my opinion, very valuable ( I do not like to bother with them;))

Cooking
Soft butter rubbed with flour, sugar, add sour cream, mix all and give the shape of a ball. Put in freezer for 20 minutes. Ball gently to distribute the form, creating sides that got like deep dish. Prick with a fork and into the oven for 25 minutes, until Golden brown.
Cream: to separate whites from yolks, add any jam, I love raspberries, quarter Cup of Cold water to dissolve the flour or starch, mix everything, pour the boiling water and cook over low heat until the desolation, stirring constantly. To cool, about 30 minutes.
Frosting: whip the Chilled whites ( and a success!) with sugar until very thick foam ( not poured at all!). Korzh remove from the mold, fill with stuffing and top spread the beaten egg whites. Put in a preheated oven ( directly on the dish, nothing will happen) lightly and bake until brown, about 5 minutes, but always keep my eyes peeled so as not to defect. Chill in the fridge for 8 hours.
