  • Pasta

  • Pumpkin

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Tomato

    350 g

  • Dry white wine

    75 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

For a start prepare all the ingredients: clean the Pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into small cubes

Tomatoes peel and seeds, cut into cubes (I got my frozen already chopped tomatoes without skin but with seeds)

Meat fry in a pan until cooked and leave aside for the time at the plate

Garlic and onions fry on a slow fire for about three minutes

Pour the wine

Add the pumpkin, tomatoes, thyme, salt, pepper and sugar to taste, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, then boil pasta

Add meat and cook for another 5 minutes for the Pasta to drain in a colander and drain off water, water from cooking, do not pour out the Pasta to put into the stew, stir, if dry, you can add water from the boiling noodles. Let stand for three minutes and lay out on plates and top with the grated cheese.
