Cream and sugar pancakes with oat bran
Want to share a wonderful recipe and very tasty pancakes. Out very tender, sweet and fragrant, creamy pancakes that just melt in your mouth. Pancakes with the addition of oat bran obtained healthy and hearty. Preparing pancakes fast enough and great for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Flour pancake

    2 Tbsp

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

Mix in a bowl the flour, starch, sugar, salt and soda.

Add one egg and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Then a thin stream add the warm milk.

Add the oat bran, mix well. Leave for 15 minutes to bran swollen.

Then fry in a pan like regular pancakes. While the dough each time it is necessary to mix, as bran settle to the bottom.

Hot ready pancakes put on a plate and immediately grease with butter. On top sprinkle a little sugar. Put the next batch and do the same as with the previous one. This will give the pancakes tenderness and juiciness.

Then the whole stack of pancakes is placed on the pan, cover with a lid. And on a slow heat for 1 minute proprium. Allow to cool a little and serve with sour cream or jam to the Breakfast table!
