Pear-Apple pie
Very tasty cake, and most importantly simple. Will handle even a beginner cook!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    30 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples and pears cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

2 sheets of puff pastry to roll out on the same pieces. One of them lay on a baking sheet, and the second lightly flour and fold in half. To make a knife that's such oblique incisions.

To the stuffing add the sugar and the starch. Mix well.

On the dough spread the filling, leaving the sides a little place that brush with beaten egg.

On top lay the second patterned layer of dough. Boca stung... like a fork... to grease with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes, until it will turn brown.

The finished pie to cool and serve.
