Description
A well balanced composition. Slightly moist and a little sweet pulp, slightly feels baking. Bread is well suited for everyday use, it is not boring and also "self-sufficient" - a good in itself. Useful, finally, thanks to whole wheat flour. To cut off a little piece of it is just pure fun.

Cooking
For baking bread I use a bread machine. Consistently laying products in the bread maker bucket. First - kefir (can be buttermilk) - 300 ml.
Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup.
Rye flour - 2 tablespoons.
Sugar - 3 tsp salt - 1 tsp dry Yeast - 1.5 tsp. (If the fast acting yeast - 1 tsp)
Include bread machine on "whole wheat Bread". After 5 minutes after the start of kneading check the dough consistency - sometimes you have to add a little flour. The dough should stick to your finger, but only a little. But to make the dough too tough not to be. After that I leave the bread alone until the end of the cooking cycle. Cooking time - 3 hours 20 minutes.
