Cooking
Potatoes clean, cut into small cubes, put in a saucepan. Immediately apologize for the photo quality : ( the camera everything is fine, as I posted on the comp all blurry. Do not throw Slippers :)
Pour the cream and cook over medium heat until soft potatoes (20-25 min). Remove from heat, surplus liquid to drain, cool and mash the potatoes with a fork
Salmon fillet cut into cubes (the recipe doesn't need specified fillet salted or raw, and then boil. I did with salted fillet of salmon-very tasty, but then stuffing is not salted), dill wash and finely chop.
Add the potatoes, dill and fish, stir, add salt and pepper to taste.
On floured table roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 3-5 mm, cut 20 circles.
On half of the circles to place the filling, cover with remaining. Stung the edge and lift them up.
Beat egg, spread it over the cakes. In the middle of each Patty to cut a little hole for steam output. Preheat the oven to 200C. Protiven grease with oil, put on the patties, bake for 15-20 min Serve warm.
