Pie pumpkin
I represent to your attention my version of pumpkin pie. Until recently I avoided pumpkin, but cook "avani" convinced, inspired me, and I decided to make a family "pumpkin week," a wife, as a lover of pumpkin, was delighted. And I don't regret what you did :) My approach to pumpkin also changed radically. And you enjoy our pie. Bon APPETITE IN 100 g of finished product contains: Proteins of 9.11 g; Carbohydrates-of 20.73 g; Fats-15,14 g; Caloric value-kcal 255,6.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Honey

    180 g

  • Forest nuts

    150 g

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    5 g

  • Bread crumbs

    5 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Pumpkin peel and grate on a medium grater

Lemon puree them in a blender, puree.

Dried forest nuts and almonds grind in a blender about 30 seconds to let the fat.

First mix in a blender the egg yolks+honey+lemon. Then gradually introduced while the mixer nuts+flour and baking powder+pumpkin+raisins

Mix until a homogeneous mass.

Whisk to a froth the whites entered into the batter and gently stir with a spoon.

It turns out a rare consistency, fear not, as it should be.

Form brush with olive oil and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.

Put in a preheated 180*C oven for 40-45 minutes.
