Cooking
Carrots grate on medium grater.
To the carrots add the flour, sugar, melted margarine, soda (pay vinegar). All carefully stir. Give test infusions of 15 min. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Roll out the dough on the trays. And in the oven. Waiting 20-30 min.
While the dough is baking, take the cream, mix with sugar (quantity of sugar to your taste).
After the dough is baked. Cut it into several parts. Parts lubricated sour cream. Top can be something to decorate. Give the cake to stand for a couple of hours. Bon appetit.
