Pasta
I wanted something spring, fragrant and hearty. The Ukrainian version of Italian pasta with pesto. ))

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Macaroni and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil until Golden brown.

Pour a small amount of water, salt to taste and cook until tender (if the water has boiled away and the pasta still harsh, add a little more water).

Meanwhile, grind the walnuts.

Wipe tomatoes in puree, add the chopped garlic, ginger, and herbes de Provence.

The Basil washed, crushed (keep some leaves for decoration). Mix all ingredients...
