Shrimp fried with vegetables
In this recipe instead of shrimp, you can use squid, "sea cocktail", and for its preparation you will spend 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

Cooking

In a wok heat the oils, add ground fresh ginger and shrimp (original raw, I took cooked), fry for 3-4 minutes. Put the shrimp and ginger in a bowl.

In a wok, add pre-cut vegetables. Fry for 2 minutes.

While frying the vegetables, squeeze the juice from the lime.

To the vegetables add soy sauce and fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add already prepared shrimp, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, mix well. Serve with noodles or rice. BON APPETIT.
